The Victor Bañuelos Memorial Fund was established in 2021 to encourage and support educational opportunities for students in the Texas Rio Grande Valley through post-secondary education scholarships.
The Victor Banuelos Memorial Fund is a 501 (c)(3) Tax Exempt Nonprofit organization fully funded by donations. Scholarships will be awarded annually to deserving students in good academic standing and with a proven record of helping others within their own communities. Our vision is to positively impact young scholars from the Rio Grande Valley by providing as many scholarships as possible.
